Royal visit of the Olowu of Owu Kingdom to Hope Resource.

As part of our community engagement activities, we recently received the Olowu of Owu kingdom in Abeokuta to our facility, on 27th July 2026. The visit was scheduled as part of the 4th coronation anniversary activities of HRM Oba Saka Adelola Matemilola accompanied by high chiefs in his domain. It was an impactful event, during which the Royal visitor interacted with residents, and the support staff.He had first hand one on one briefing about the challenges of individuals recovering from severe mental disorders, and the need of community support, partnership and participation in mental health recovery interventions towards their reintegration back into the society.
